Executive Summary
Through this redesign, issues with the website's mobile optimization, transparency, flexibility, and accessibility have been addressed.
Through extensive second-hand research as well as 1:1 interviews with the target donor, local millennials, I learned that our core demographic values: Transparency, Flexibility, Accessibility.
The proposed redesigned site is more effectively optimized for donations through several key enhancements. The "Donate" CTA is strategically pinned to the top of the homepage, ensuring immediate visibility and accessibility for users. Additionally, the inclusion of more detailed information on how donations are utilized provides transparency, instilling confidence in potential donors. Furthermore, the ability for donors to easily edit their contributions adds a layer of flexibility, accommodating individual preferences and fostering a user-friendly donation experience. These optimizations collectively contribute to a more streamlined and donor-centric approach, encouraging increased engagement and support on the platform.
