Over a one-week design sprint, I collaborated with one other designer to conduct a heuristic evaluation of the Miami Herald and proposed design solutions for an improved user experience.

Executive Summary
This application heuristic evaluation revealed key usability issues. Most importantly, some functions defied user expectations, with unfamiliar icons causing uncertainty and inconsistent screens
These issues were concentrated on the main pages, demanding immediate attention. Proposed solutions include prioritizing a navigation bar to improve user orientation, enhancing the overall user experience.
